Your surgeon clears you first
When post-operative sessions can begin is a decision for your surgical team, never for the studio. Bring their guidance with you and everything is built around it.
Manual lymphatic drainage, body sculpting, wood therapy and cupping, one-to-one with Elaine Aguiar in a dedicated Stockwell studio. Wednesday and Sunday, by appointment.
Ella Studio is not a spa floor with a rotating team. Elaine Aguiar treats every client herself, inside a dedicated studio on Stockwell Green — large windows, a proper treatment table, and a diary that only opens on Wednesday and Sunday.
That is deliberate. Post-surgical work is a course of sessions, not a single appointment, and the diary is built so each one gets full attention instead of being squeezed between twelve others.

The roomYour surgeon sets the plan. Elaine works to it — the number of sessions, the spacing, the starting point. Nothing here replaces or reinterprets your surgical team.
Book a sessionWhen post-operative sessions can begin is a decision for your surgical team, never for the studio. Bring their guidance with you and everything is built around it.
Pre and post-surgery drainage always starts with a consultation, so the plan your surgeon prescribed is understood before any hands-on work.
Post-operative clients typically follow a course of weekly sessions set by their surgeon. In Elaine's own words: the value comes from staying consistent with the treatment, not from any single session.
When the course ends, most clients move to wellness lymphatic drainage, sculpting or Swedish massage on a rhythm that suits them — same room, same hands.

Pre & post-surgery drainage
A course of sessions that follows the plan your surgeon prescribed. Sessions begin once your surgical team has cleared you. Consultation required before the first session.
Manual lymphatic drainage
The same manual technique as an ongoing treatment for clients without a recent surgery — general fluid retention, or a regular wellness rhythm.
Swedish massage
Full-body relaxation work for general muscle tension and stress. Booked as a half hour or a full hour.
Body sculpting
A firmer technique working on body contours and skin appearance as part of a regular routine rather than a one-off.
Wood therapy
Natural wood tools used across the body to work on circulation and skin texture, usually inside a longer plan.
Cupping therapy
Cupping combined with massage for localised muscle tension and circulation, as part of a broader treatment plan.
Signature treatment
Elaine's own combination — sculpt, drain, relax — bringing sculpting, lymphatic drainage and relaxation into one longer session.
Recovery work attracts a lot of promises. Here is what you will not hear on Stockwell Green.
Elaine's framing has not changed since day one: results come from staying consistent with the treatment, not from a single appointment. A studio that promises otherwise is selling you something else.
When post-operative drainage can begin is your surgeon's call. The studio will not set that date, bring it forward, or advise around it.
No measurement comparisons, no recovery timelines, no opinions on how your body is healing. That conversation belongs to your surgical team, and this studio keeps it there.

Elaine trained in London and holds ABT-accredited certificates covering lymphatic drainage pre and post surgery, body sculpture and wood therapy, and Swedish massage and cupping therapy.
She works with a majority Brazilian clientele across Stockwell, Brixton, Clapham, Vauxhall and Oval, and speaks Portuguese and English. There is no other therapist on site: the person you book is the person who treats you.
