The studioElaine Aguiar, sole practitioner
One therapist, one studio, two days a week — every client sees Elaine Aguiar herself, never a rotating team.

A protocol-based practice
Most of Elaine’s post-operative clients arrive with a plan already set by their surgeon: a course of sessions, at a set frequency, over a set number of weeks. Elaine’s role is to deliver that protocol consistently, session after session — not to shorten it, change its pace, or comment on how healing is progressing, which stays a decision for the surgical team.
For clients without a surgical history, the same manual lymphatic drainage technique is offered as an ongoing wellness treatment, alongside Swedish massage and cupping therapy for general relaxation and muscle tension.
Why consistency matters
Elaine’s own framing for the studio is straightforward: results come from sticking with the protocol, not from any single session. That’s the same principle whether a client is working through a post-surgical course or booking wellness sessions on a regular basis — one appointment is a start, not the whole plan.
