Ella Beauty Studio is a one-to-one massage and lymphatic drainage studio inside Beauty Desire on Stockwell Green, run by Elaine Aguiar on Wednesdays and Sundays. Here is the full menu, with the studio's confirmed prices:
- Pre & post-operative lymphatic drainage — manual drainage before and after cosmetic surgery, worked to your surgeon's plan. 60 min, £80. Consultation required before the first session.
- Manual lymphatic drainage for wellness — the same hands-on technique with no surgical context, for fluid retention or a regular routine. 60 min, £60.
- Swedish and relaxing massage — full-body massage for muscle tension and everyday stress. 30 min £35, or 60 min £55.
- Wood therapy (maderoterapia) — shaped wooden tools worked firmly over circulation and skin texture, as part of a routine. 60 min, £65.
- Body sculpting massage — a firm contouring massage done by hand, on body contour and the look of the skin. 60 min, £65.
- Cupping therapy with massage — silicone cups brought into a 60-minute massage for localised tension. 60 min, £60.
- The Signature Body Treatment — sculpting, drainage and relaxation together in one 90-minute session. £85.
Seven treatments across eight session lengths, since Swedish massage is booked as either 30 or 60 minutes. Prices above are the studio's current New Client Introductory Prices.
Two ways in: a surgical course, or a single session
The menu divides in two. On one side is the post-operative drainage course: a set of sessions that follows the frequency and number your surgeon has prescribed, booked only once your surgical team has cleared you to start. If you have had surgery recently, start on that page and speak to your surgeon before booking anything.
On the other side are treatments you book on their own, with no consultation first — drainage for everyday wellness, Swedish massage, wood therapy, body sculpting and cupping. Any of these can be a one-off or a routine.
New-client introductory packages
Alongside single sessions, the studio offers two introductory packages for new clients: five sessions for £275 (£55 each) or ten for £500 (£50 each). These are introductory prices rather than a standing rate — check they still apply when you book. A package can be put towards any treatment on the menu; a longer drainage course is the most common reason clients take one.

- Recovering from cosmetic surgery — the pre & post-operative drainage course, once your surgeon has cleared you.
- Fluid retention, heavy legs, or a regular wellness habit — manual drainage as a wellness routine.
- Muscle tension or stress — a Swedish massage; 30 minutes for neck and shoulders, 60 for the whole body.
- Body contour and skin texture — wood therapy or body sculpting, treated as a routine rather than a one-off.

How the studio runs
Every session is one-to-one with Elaine, in the same treatment room, and opens with a short health questionnaire. Consultations and treatments are in English or Portuguese. The studio is women-owned and LGBTQ+ friendly.
