Some clients book wood therapy one week, lymphatic drainage the next, then add a relaxing massage whenever they can find a slot. The Signature Body Treatment folds those three pieces of work into one 90-minute appointment on a Wednesday or Sunday. I put it together for people who would rather come once, for longer, than keep three separate visits in the diary.
Three techniques in one 90-minute session
The session runs in three parts, always in the same order. It opens with body sculpting — the firm, shaped strokes of body sculpting massage and wood therapy, worked by hand and with shaped wooden tools over the contours and the appearance of the skin. It then moves into a lymphatic drainage section: light, slow, rhythmic strokes that follow the lymphatic pathways rather than pressing into muscle. It closes with a relaxation section, slower still and quieter, to let you settle before you get up. The whole appointment is 90 minutes, one-to-one with me, in the same treatment room each time.
My sculpting and wood therapy work comes from an ABT-accredited certificate in Body Sculpture Massage and Wood Therapy; the drainage section comes from a separate ABT-accredited certificate in Body Manual Lymphatic Drainage Pre and Post Surgery. Both are Associated Beauty Therapists certificates, completed in London in 2026.
Who books this instead of three separate sessions
In my experience this suits one client in particular: someone who wants the sculpting and the drainage as a regular routine, likes a long unhurried appointment, and finds it easier to protect one 90-minute slot than three shorter ones spread across a month. If you only want one of the three — your issue is muscle tension and nothing else, say — I would point you to that single service and not to this one. The Signature earns its place when you genuinely want all three parts, not as a way to try each of them out.
What the Signature Body Treatment isn't
This is not the post-operative protocol. If you have had cosmetic surgery and your surgeon has told you to have lymphatic drainage, that is a prescribed course built around their plan, and I need their written clearance before I can book you in. It has its own page: pre- and post-operative lymphatic drainage. The drainage section inside the Signature is a wellness section within a general treatment. It is not a stand-in for that protocol, and I will tell you so if you ask.
If you want ongoing drainage on its own, without a surgical context, the wellness drainage sessions are the better fit.
I make no promise here about measurements, about how you will look afterwards, or about any timeframe. What a routine like this gives you comes from keeping to it.
Before your appointment
Every session starts with a short health questionnaire, so I have a current picture before any hands-on work begins. Arrive a few minutes early so that part does not eat into your 90 minutes, and bring something comfortable to change into afterwards. Let me know when you book if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have a skin condition in the area being treated, so I can adjust the session or move you to a more suitable one.
